Tucked in a wooded fold outside Halifax, the Shibden Mill Inn began as a 17th-century corn mill and is now a cosy country pub with open fires, seasonal cooking and rooms. It’s a short drive from the Piece Hall in town. Halifax Station is a little over 2km to the south.
