Run by Tim and Stefa Hart for more than forty years, Hambleton Hall is a Victorian country house on a peninsula reaching into Rutland Water, long celebrated for its Michelin-starred kitchen and its own bakery. The service is polished, the setting serene. With the water on three sides it pairs naturally with the outdoors, whether a stroll around Rutland Water Country Park next door or on to the ospreys at the Lyndon reserve.
