Sunday sauna sessions high on the Blorenge at Keeper's Pond, with the pond itself for a cold dip

Most Sundays, Y Sawna tows a wood-fired sauna trailer up to Keeper’s Pond, high above Blaenavon. It seats six, and you can split your hour between the heat and dips or swims in the pond. There are no toilets, changing rooms or lifeguards up here, and the operator asks you not to swim alone. The business started in 2023 and is based in Talybont-on-Usk.
