Come for the garden as much as the food: the Willow Tree at Bourn has turned its outdoor space into a theatrical, chandelier-hung setting for summer dining. Inside it’s a country pub dressed up as a polished restaurant, west of Cambridge. Pair it with a look at Bourn Windmill, the venerable post mill on the edge of the village.
