The Jolly Fisherman looks out over Craster’s little harbour, an old fishermen’s pub with open fires and a reputation built on crab sandwiches and fish. Pair it with a visit to Robson’s smokehouse round the bay for the famous kippers, then walk the coast path to Dunstanburgh. Alnmouth is the nearest station, about 9km south.
