Northcote is a food-led country-house hotel in the Ribble Valley, its Michelin-starred kitchen led by Lisa Goodwin-Allen with adventurous, seasonal menus. Warm Northern hospitality is very much the pitch. On the doorstep of the Forest of Bowland, it pairs well with a stretch of the Ribble Way, or the Cistercian abbey ruins at nearby Whalley.
