Fablas is a Barry ice cream maker, started in 2016 by a mother and daughter, churning small batches from whole milk and cream off a farm near Pyle. It’s sold from parlours around the Vale and coast — Barry Island, Penarth, Cowbridge, Caerphilly — as well as from the base in Barry itself. Barry Docks station is a few minutes away.
