Former Team GB skier Rory Heslop launched Sauna Flô in 2026, and it floats on the water in Penarth Marina, a few minutes down the road from Cardiff Bay. The sauna is electric, and instead of a sea dip you cool off in temperature-controlled ice baths and a cold shower on the pontoon. You’ll find it moored to the right of the Goose on the Loose restaurant.
