A little brook runs right down the main street of Waddington, crossed by small bridges and lined with flowers that regularly win the village awards. The riverside Coronation Gardens add to the charm, and there are a couple of pubs and a tea room. It’s one of the prettiest villages in the Ribble Valley, an easy walk or short drive from Clitheroe, whose station is about 3km to the south-east. Neighbouring West Bradford is close by.
