Cowman's Famous Sausage Shop
Cowman’s is a Clitheroe institution just off the market square, a butcher’s known for an astonishing range of sausages — usually dozens on the counter at once, from Cumberland to some wilder flavours — plus traditional Lancashire black pudding. Pick up a few for a barbecue or a hearty breakfast. It’s a two-minute walk from Clitheroe station, and round the corner from the Bowland Food Hall.
