At Granton, Soul Water runs two wood-fired saunas built from solid Siberian cedar, next to The Pitt street-food market on West Shore Road. Big Bear seats up to 16 for community sessions and has a softer, more humid heat, while Little Bear is smaller, drier and hotter. There are cold plunge pools, open-air showers and a campfire, and the shore of the Forth is a stone’s throw away if you’d rather dook in the sea.
