The Yorke Arms is a refined restaurant-with-rooms on the green at Ramsgill, long one of Nidderdale’s grandest places to eat, up above Gouthwaite Reservoir. This is a destination dinner rather than a casual pint, so booking is essential. Ben Rhydding station is a long 23km to the south — most guests arrive by car.
