Springfields Festival Gardens
Come to Springfields in spring for the bulbs: twenty-five acres of show gardens at Spalding, planted as a nod to the tulip parades that once drew crowds by the trainload to the flower fields around the town. First opened in 1966 and remade in 2004, the gardens are free to walk and open year-round. Spalding station is about 2km off, and Ayscoughfee Hall with its yew gardens sits just across town.
