Moulton Windmill is the tallest tower mill in the country, a nine-storey giant near Spalding standing about 100 feet to the top of its cap. Built around 1822, it lost its sails to a gale in the 1890s and stood capped for over a century until new ones were fitted in 2011, bringing it back to work. A granary tearoom and shop sit at its foot, open on advertised days.
