The centrepiece here is a three-terraced walled garden that Tom Stuart-Smith laid out in 2001, dropping down the hillside with a rill running to a central stone tank. Beyond it are an arboretum, a stumpery and woodland garden, some twenty-five acres in all with long views over north Oxfordshire. Open to the public on Wednesdays from May to September; Banbury station is about 3km away.
