Hawkshead Trout Farm sits on the shore of Esthwaite Water near Hawkshead, a working farm raising trout you can buy fresh or smoked from the shop. Anglers can fish the lake too, with day tickets and tackle available, either from the bank or out in a boat. Open to visitors for the shop and the fishing.
