Cranstons Cumbrian Food Hall
Cranstons grew out of a family butchery and is now a big food hall on the edge of Penrith, stocking its own meat alongside deli, bakery and produce from more than fifty Cumbrian makers. It’s the sort of place to fill a hamper or pick up something local — the Cumberland sausage among it — and there’s a café for lunch. A few minutes from Penrith station and just off the M6, so an easy stop.
