The Cotswolds Distillery sits at Stourton, just outside Shipston-on-Stour, and was set up in 2014 by Daniel Szor. It makes single malt whisky and gin — the first whisky was released in 2017 — and runs tours and tastings with a cocktail bar attached. Booked visits for the tours; the shop is open to walk-ins.
