Sheldon’s has traded from the same premises on New Street in Shipston-on-Stour since 1842, making it one of the country’s older independent wine merchants. Behind the shop are extensive cellars, long known for fine Bordeaux, Burgundy and vintage port, and they’re used for tours and tastings as well as trade. There’s a small café on site now too. Open to browse or buy.
