Castle Rock is a Nottingham brewery whose Harvest Pale was named Supreme Champion Beer of Britain in 2010. Its tap, the Vat & Fiddle, is a 1930s art-deco pub right beside the brewery’s blue tower, pouring the full range of Castle Rock cask ales a step from Nottingham station. Brewery tours run when booked; the taproom you can simply walk into.
