Llandogo spills down a steep wooded hillside above the Wye, between Monmouth and Tintern, looking across the river into the Forest of Dean. Paths climb from the village to Cleddon Falls and drop to the old wharf at the water’s edge, where boats once loaded for Bristol. The Wye Valley Walk runs through.
