The Devil’s Pulpit is a rocky spur on the English side of the Wye gorge, giving the postcard view straight down onto the ruins of Tintern Abbey across the river. It’s reached on foot through the woods above the valley, on the line of Offa’s Dyke Path. Open access. Chepstow is the nearest station, around 6km to the south.
