A Vale village on the Avon, Fladbury has had a mill on the river since Domesday. The present brick watermill by the weir dates from around 1650; it stopped grinding in the 1940s and is now looked after by the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings. Orchards run back from the water on both banks. Evesham station is about 4.5km to the south-east.
