Once a month, from Friday to Sunday, Roots & Rocks sets up an off-grid, wood-fired sauna beside the pond at Gibson Mill, in the ancient woodland of Hardcastle Crags. Most people walk in, about 15 steep minutes from Clough Hole car park or half an hour along the main path from Midgehole. You can book a community session or hire the sauna for a private retreat.
