Peak Ales was founded in 2003 by Robert and Debra Evans in a restored barn on the Chatsworth estate, and moved to a purpose-built brewery at Ashford-in-the-Water in 2014. It brews Peak District cask ales and distils gin, with a shop and tasting room on site. A handy stop off the road between Bakewell and the White Peak dales.
