Luna Hut’s Worthing sauna stands in the outdoor grounds of Splashpoint Leisure Centre on the seafront, reached through Beach House Grounds. It’s wood-fired and faces the sea, so you get the sunrise and sunset from the bench. Two chilled plunge tubs and a bucket shower are there for cooling off, and Cafe Velo at Splashpoint is handy for afterwards.
