Widewater Sauna is a wood-fired sauna on the shingle at Lancing, between the sea and the Widewater Lagoon nature reserve, a saltwater lagoon behind the beach. From the lagoon’s west car park, go up the steps to the beach and head west to the end of the row of beach huts. You cool off in the sea. The owners suggest searching for ‘Widewater Sauna’ in a maps app, because the postcode can send you to the wrong place.
