Lancing College Chapel

Lancing College Chapel rises high above the Adur on the Downs edge, a vast Gothic Revival building begun in 1868 and reckoned the largest school chapel in the world. The stone-vaulted nave stands around 90 feet tall, with a huge rose window filling the west end. Open to visitors most days. Shoreham-by-Sea station is about 2.5km to the south-east.
