An iglu sauna under the trees at Upper Mills, Slaithwaite, between the River Colne and the canal

Five minutes’ walk along the canal from the centre of Slaithwaite, this iglu site is tucked into the trees at Upper Mills, between the Huddersfield Narrow Canal and the River Colne. The aspen and alder saunas run at around 80 to 85°C, and you cool off in ice baths chilled to 7°C and a bigger four-person tub. Slaithwaite station is a five to ten minute walk away.
