Earth Bond sets up its log-burner sauna on the sand at the north end of Longsands, close to The View restaurant at the St George’s Church end. Sessions are hosted and shared, with rounds in the heat broken up by a paddle or a dip in the North Sea if you fancy it. The same small Newcastle outfit also runs talks on electromagnetic fields, and you need to be 14 or over to join a sauna session.
