H3O Beach Saunas brings its portable sauna to Little Haven Beach, the sandy stretch at the mouth of the Tyne by the Little Haven hotel. The sauna is heated by a wood burner with sauna stones, and between rounds you can cool off in the sea or a cold plunge. Kimberley Kerry and John Miller started the business in 2024, and dates here often include collaborations with local massage and Reiki practitioners.
