A stone coaching inn on the old Cirencester road at North Cerney, the Bathurst Arms has a garden that runs down to the little River Churn. It’s an easy stop for lunch or a night in one of its rooms, and handy for the walled and woodland gardens at Cerney House just up the lane. Kemble station is about 11km south.
