Cowley Manor is an Italianate Victorian house in a Cotswold valley near Cheltenham, now a country-house hotel and spa. Its 19th-century gardens run down through a listed water staircase of fountains and pools, fed by springs, to lakes on the River Churn. The grounds go with a stay or a visit to the hotel rather than a public garden opening. Cheltenham Spa station is about 8km to the north-west.
