Seumas’ Bar is the pub side of the Sligachan Hotel, built around 1830 where the Portree, Dunvegan and Broadford roads meet, right under the Cuillin. Early climbers used it as a base for the ridge, and it still fills with walkers and mountaineers coming off the hills. There’s a microbrewery in the same building and a long shelf of malts to work through.
