Above Loch Harport at Carbost, the Oyster Shed is a working oyster farm with a seafood shack — oysters, scallops and langoustine to take away and eat looking over the water, a short climb up from Talisker Distillery. It’s takeaway only, so check the day’s opening before you head up. The Old Inn is down by the loch if you’d rather sit inside.
