The Isle of Skye Baking Company works out of the old woollen mill on Portree’s Dunvegan Road, making oatcakes, ‘snowdust’ shortbread and cakes that you’ll spot in shops and cafés right across the island. A good name to look out for if you’re stocking up for a picnic on Skye.
