Tom Warner and Sion Edwards set up Warner’s on the Warner family farm at Harrington in 2012, distilling gin with elderflower and other botanicals grown on the land and water from a spring on the farm. Tours and tastings run by booking, and there’s a botanical garden to wander. Market Harborough station is about 8km to the north-west.
