Redhill Farm rears free-range pigs near Gainsborough and cures and makes everything on site, from Lincolnshire sausages to dry-cured bacon and hams. Its free-range pork shoulder was named Supreme Champion at the 2020 Great Taste Awards, top of some 13,000 entries. You can buy at the farm’s own shop, at their Lincoln shop in the Bail, and at Lincolnshire farmers’ markets.
