Set above the River Frome at Paunton, just outside Bishop’s Frome, the vineyard sits among the hopyards and cider orchards of the valley. This family-run estate makes still and sparkling English wines, including a Bacchus and a traditional-method fizz, and a little cider and brandy besides. Guided walks with a tutored tasting run from April to September and last around two hours; book ahead. Ledbury station is roughly 11km to the south-east.
