Susanna and James Forbes founded Little Pomona in 2014, working orchard fruit into cider and perry with a winemaker’s eye — bottle-conditioned, keg and vintage releases that turn up on serious drinks lists. The tasting room and cider garden sit at Brook House Farm near Bromyard, open Saturday afternoons through the summer, with several ciders poured by the glass.
