Eden Mill made its name at Guardbridge, near St Andrews, as a combined distillery and brewery turning out gin, single malt and beer. It has run tours and gin-making experiences over the years, but access has changed more than once, so it’s worth checking directly that visits are running and booking before you travel. Leuchars station is barely a mile away.
