A Swedish wood-fired sauna tent on the grounds of Broughty Ferry Castle, with steps down to the beach

Bees Sauna started life as a Swedish-made travelling sauna tent and has now settled for good on the castle grounds at Broughty Ferry, next to the old barracks. A wood stove heats it to over 100 degrees and it seats eight to ten. For a cold dip, the beach is down a set of uneven steps. The sauna is named after the owner’s late dog, Brutus.
