A twelve-seat wood-fired sauna on East Sands, right on the Fife Coastal Path

This is the biggest of the three Scottish Seaside Saunas, a twelve-seat wood-fired cabin lined in alder, standing on East Sands next to the leisure centre and a short walk from the town. Floor-to-ceiling glass faces north-east over St Andrews Bay, so it suits a sunrise session, and the beach is right outside for a sea dip. Wild-swimming presenters Julie Wilson Nimmo and Greg Hemphill opened it.
