Darnley’s makes its gin in a converted cottage at East Newhall Farm near Kingsbarns, sharing the steading with Kingsbarns Distillery. The tours are small and hands-on — you get in close to the still — and finish with a tasting, so booking ahead is sensible as numbers are limited. Leuchars is the nearest station, around 18km to the north-west.
