Out on the quay at St Monans, the East Pier smokes its own fish and cooks up shellfish landed close by, served from a little seafood kitchen with tables looking over the water. It’s seasonal and very much a fair-weather spot, so check they’re open before heading down. You can buy smoked fish to take away as well as eat in.
