Craggs & Co is a Barnard Castle producer milling British spelt and other ancient-grain flours, sold online and through local shops. Very much a small artisan operation rather than a place to visit, but a name to look out for on Teesdale menus and farm-shop shelves if you’re baking your way round the area.
