Black Isle Brewery has been making organic beer on its farm near Munlochy since 1998 — one of Scotland’s craft pioneers, and now B-Corp certified. There’s a shop and a market garden on site, and even shepherd’s huts if you fancy staying over. Inverness station is about 8km away to the south-east.
