An old coaching inn at Clachnaharry, on the edge of Inverness above the sea lock where the Caledonian Canal meets the Beauly Firth. There are real ales on the bar and a garden with views out over the water, and it’s a natural finish if you’ve walked out along the canal towpath from the city. About twenty minutes on foot from the town centre and station.
