Bad Girl Bakery grew from six cakes a week into a Highland institution, known for big, generous cakes and tray bakes. Its bakery and cook school are at Muir of Ord, while the café you can actually sit down in is inside the Victorian Market in Inverness — handy to know before you turn up at Muir of Ord expecting a table.
