Wallog is a lonely shingle beach a short walk along the coast from Clarach, with an old limekiln above the shore. Its oddity is Sarn Wallog, a long ridge of boulders running straight out to sea, one of the sarnau that feed the legend of a drowned kingdom under Cardigan Bay. There’s no road down, so walk in from Clarach or along from Borth; Bow Street station is a few kilometres inland.
